You will learn information used by Food Service Specialist Noncommissioned
Officers (NCOs) as part of there routine duties. Tasks learned will enable you
to better support your soldiers and leaders

To demonstrate competency of these tasks you must achieve a
minimum of 70 percent accuracy on the subcourse examination.
