Follow these guidelines when setting up menus:
Post the menu conspicuously outside the facility entrance.
Ensure that a diner can read the menu before, or as, he enters an AA for
Active Army or an RC Reserve Component dining facility.
Ensure that the posted menu includes all meals at are scheduled for service
Ensure that the menu includes the caloric value of each menu item as shown
in SB 10-264 (Nutrient Values of Master Menu Recipes and Food items), and
whether it has high, medium, or low fat content.
Post items that appear on the menu but have caloric value listed in SB 10-264
the values become available from official Army sources.
Post the menu for the following day before you serve the final meal.
