Like their RC counterparts, AA commanders of units and organizations that
operate dining facilities are responsible for ensuring that food service personnel
are trained properly. Page 1-2.
Although each dining facility is staffed by an FOS, in a dining facility, you (not
the FOS) must perform the duties that are assigned to you. Page 1-3.
You may use a pen or typewriter that dispenses blue, black, or blue-black ink to
complete forms that are used for dining facility administration. However, you
may not use an erasable ink pen. You are also prohibited from using correction
fluid, correction tape, markers, or other blocking-out devices. Page 1-5.
Mark DA Form 3034 with a red-ink marking device to highlight and to record
leftover food items that you are authorized to retain according to TB MED 530.
Specialty or short-order dining facilities may not be established on an
installation. If this is the case, then make every effort to provide short-order
meals at both lunch and dinner. Page 1-7.
The percentage value of the brunch meal is 45 percent of the BDFA. Page 1-9.
To ensure that the midnight meal is available to personnel who cannot be
present for the normal breakfast or dinner, the unit commander provides a
