Heat the oven to 500F. Allow it to burn for at least two hours
with the doors slightly open.
Use soapy water to wash mud off the equipment.
Wash the equipment with a strong (5 to 10 percent) hypochlorite
bleach solution. If STB is not available, use commercial bleach
or powdered chlorine bleach that is mixed with water.
Rinse the equipment with clean water after 30 minutes.
Have the NBC NCO test the equipment to ensure that no trace of the agent
Decontaminate the equipment again if it is still contaminated.
Submit a work order to the supporting maintenance unit for any required
lubrication. Finally, bake a sample dough. Have the veterinary inspection
team test the bread.
