Utensil.
Single-service articles.
NOTE: You may make detergents or sanitizers available at utensil dishwashing
stations. DO NOT use phenolic compounds to sanitize food service utensils or
equipment.
Unless the IMA authorizes the presence of the following items, DO NOT keep

First-aid supplies and medication such as adhesive bandages, gauze, and
