You will be given completed DA Forms 1713-R, 1714-R, 1714-1-R, and 5456-R.
STANDARD:
Analyze completed DA Forms 1713-R, 1714-R, 1714-1-R, and 5456-R for accurate water
production, distribution, and storage operations. Use the analysis to program maintenance,
order supplies, and develop work schedules.

INTRODUCTION
In analyzing entries on water reports, logs, and forms, you will first analyze completed DA Forms 1713-R, for
accurate recording of water production operations, to include hourly chemical dosage and ROWPU gage and
indicator readings. You will then analyze completed DA Forms 1714-R for accurate recording of water issue
operation, to include time, amount of water issued, using unit, and chlorine residual. You will analyze completed
DA Forms 1714-1-R for accurate recording of GS water distribution operations, to include time, amount of water
received, amount of water distributed, amount of water storage available, and chlorine residual. You will develop
