LESSON DESCRIPTION:
In this lesson, you will learn about petroleum equipment and facility status. You will also learn how to prepare or
supervise the preparation of reports submitted by the terminals at headquarters staff IAW DOD and Army
directives.

INTRODUCTION
Terminal operating reports are necessary in determining and verifying quantities of petroleum products on hand,
received, and issued by location as well as equipment and facility status. During this block of instruction, we will
discuss various types of reports that are used and required by higher-headquarters to provide a status of location
and facilities.
