Store the utensils on a clean, dry surface, in a continuously flowing dipper
well. Alternatively, store them in an approved, clean sanitizing solution.
Store the utensils in the ice machine with handle sticking out of the ice
towards the front of the ice machine.
Make sure that ice storage bins are self-draining and have an indirect waste
Follow these guidelines for dispensing utensils:
Have employees use suitable dispensing utensils.
Provide utensils if consumers serve themselves.
Provide separate utensils for each item that you serve.
Store dispensing utensils in a continuously flowing water dipper well during
service and between uses.
Ensure that the handles of the dispensing utensils extend well out of the food.
