Time. Enter the time that the water was either received or dispatched. Receiving and the dispatching of
water may occur at the same time.
Received. Enter the amount of water and the unit name and number from which it was received. At the
end of the day, total this column. This will give the total amount of water received for the day.
Dispatched. Enter the amount of water and the unit name and number from which it was dispatched.
At the end of the day, total this column. This will give the total amount of water distributed for the day.
Total Amount On Hand. At the bottom of the form, you will find Total Amount On Hand. Subtract the
total of the Dispatched column from the total of the Received column to find the Total Amount On Hand
figure.
