particular ROWPU. If you had to add 40 hours of operation to this ROWPU, you know you will need (1.5 gal
x 40 hour) or 60 gallons of fuel. It is by managing such consumption fuel factors through the records that you
will know when refueling requests are required.
In situations where historical data for fuel are not available, you must calculate consumption of fuel by
using the specifications for the equipment in use. The applicable equipment TM will provide similar
information to that contained in Table 1-2, used as an example.
