If no status has been received, prepare a followup document. Remake the supply request from the
document register and appropriate publications. Enter the correct AT___DIC from appendix H of DA
Pam 710-2-2 in block 1 (cc 1-3) and circle the entry using colored pencil or ink.
Record the followup in the document register in the remarks block (Figure 2). Erase the proper old
entry in column 1 and enter AF1 or the DIC AT___ used and Julian date of the action in column "n."
Finally, send the followup to the SSA.
