The Daily Water Issue Log (figure 3-
4) is a written record whose issuance
is coordinated with supporting units
to ensure timely issue of water
supplies to supported units. Since
the log is used at any issue point, you
must ensure that the actual gallons
distributed to the consuming units
are logged on subsequent daily logs.

DA Form 1714-1-R.
The Daily Water Distribution Log (Figure 3-5) is important because the information from this form is
used by the logistics staff to effectively manage distribution of water to all supported units. This log is
used at all PWS/DS sites issuing and receiving water.
