make one-line entries. The individual in charge of this group or the convoy
authorization
commander makes a one-line headcount entry on the DA Form 3032. He makes a
continued
one-line entry for each category of diner.
All RC enlisted personnel or personnel who are attached to the organization
Reserve
during IDT and ADT use DA Form 3032. Subsistence is provided to the
components
following personnel--
ARNG.
USAR.
ARNG personnel are classified as permanent or transient. Reimbursements are
ARNG
made for subsistence that is provided to certain personnel.
1. Permanent. Permanent ARNG personnel are ARNG personnel of one state
who consume a meal with any unit of the same state.
2. Transient. Transient USAR personnel are USAR personnel from another
MUSARC who consume a meal.
3. Reimbursements. Reimbursements are made for personnel from another
military service. Reimbursements also are made for RC personnel who
consume a meal.
Before the FOS issues the sheet to the headcounters, ensure that he completes
