OVERVIEW
LESSON DESCRIPTION:
This lesson is designed to provide soldiers in the Food Service Specialist Advanced
Noncommissioned Officers Course TATSC (ANCOC) with information on hand receipt
procedures.
TERMINAL LEARNING OBJECTIVE
ACTION:
The student will learn how to use the different hand receipts for requisition
and account for equipment in the dining facility and complete a practical
exercise on material covered.
CONDITION:
In a self-study environment.
STANDARD:
To 70 percent accuracy.
