OVERVIEW
LESSON DESCRIPTION:
This lesson provides soldiers in the Quartermaster Basic Noncommissioned Officer Course
(BNCOC) with information on inventory planning, support, and control.
TERMINAL LEARNING OBJECTIVE:
ACTION:
Students will become familiar with procedures for inspecting, sorting, and
documenting subsistence items received or issued from the dining facility;
procedures for requesting, receiving, and issuing operational rations and box
lunch items; prepare and complete inventory processes and records; accessing
and completing inventories; reports of survey and statements of charges;
process issue and turn-in procedures using the DFO section of the AFMIS End
User Manual.
CONDITION:
In a self-study environment.
STANDARD:
To 70 percent accuracy.
